1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gemini3Prompt, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use Gemini3Prompt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload, generate, or distribute NSFW, nude, sexual, or violent content, deepfakes, content depicting or sexualizing minors, or any illegal, infringing, or harmful material
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your images using our AI technology. The AI-transformed images are provided to you for your use, subject to these terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Some features require payment. We sell credits used to run Gemini3 Prompt; plans and prices are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record and authorized reseller — Creem, not Gemini3 Prompt, appears as the seller on your card or bank statement and handles billing and applicable taxes. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel; each renewal grants a new allocation of credits. You can cancel anytime from your account or the Creem customer portal — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep remaining credits until the end of the paid period. One-time credit packs are a single purchase. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Gemini3 Prompt is an independent tool built on third-party AI models (Google Gemini image models accessed through third-party APIs); we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by those providers, and their names are used only to identify the underlying technology. We screen generation requests for prohibited content and may refuse or block requests that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemini3Prompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gemini3Prompt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
