1. 약관 수락
Gemini3Prompt에 액세스하고 사용함으로써 귀하는 이 계약의 약관 및 조항에 동의하고 이를 준수할 것에 동의합니다. 이 약관에 동의하지 않으시면 서비스를 사용하지 마십시오.
2. 서비스 사용
귀하는 Gemini3Prompt를 합법적인 목적으로만 이 약관에 따라 사용하는 데 동의합니다. 귀하는 다음을 하지 않기로 동의합니다:
- 타인의 지적 재산권을 침해하는 콘텐츠 업로드
- Upload, generate, or distribute NSFW, nude, sexual, or violent content, deepfakes, content depicting or sexualizing minors, or any illegal, infringing, or harmful material
- 서비스를 사용하여 타인을 괴롭히거나 학대하거나 해치기
- 시스템에 무단으로 액세스하려고 시도
- 허가 없이 자동화된 시스템을 사용하여 서비스에 액세스
3. 사용자 계정
저희와 계정을 만들 때 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공해야 합니다. 계정 및 비밀번호의 기밀성을 유지할 책임이 있습니다. 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임을 수락하는 데 동의합니다.
4. 지적 재산
업로드한 이미지에 대한 모든 권리를 보유합니다. 서비스를 사용함으로써 귀하는 AI 기술을 사용하여 이미지를 처리하고 변환할 수 있는 제한적 라이선스를 부여합니다. AI로 변환된 이미지는 이 약관에 따라 사용할 수 있도록 제공됩니다.
5. 결제 및 청구
Some features require payment. We sell credits used to run Gemini3 Prompt; plans and prices are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record and authorized reseller — Creem, not Gemini3 Prompt, appears as the seller on your card or bank statement and handles billing and applicable taxes. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel; each renewal grants a new allocation of credits. You can cancel anytime from your account or the Creem customer portal — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep remaining credits until the end of the paid period. One-time credit packs are a single purchase. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. 서비스 가용성
신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하지만 서비스가 중단되지 않고 시기 적절하며 안전하거나 오류가 없을 것이라고 보장하지 않습니다. 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 서비스를 수정하거나 중단할 권리를 보유합니다. Gemini3 Prompt is an independent tool built on third-party AI models (Google Gemini image models accessed through third-party APIs); we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by those providers, and their names are used only to identify the underlying technology. We screen generation requests for prohibited content and may refuse or block requests that violate these Terms.
7. 책임 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 Gemini3Prompt는 서비스를 사용하거나 사용할 수 없음으로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 면책
귀하는 서비스 사용 또는 이 약관 위반으로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 손해, 손실, 책임 및 비용으로부터 Gemini3Prompt와 그 임원, 이사, 직원 및 대리인을 면책하고 무해하게 유지하는 데 동의합니다.
9. 종료
이 약관을 위반하는 경우를 포함하여 어떤 이유로든 사전 통지 없이 귀하의 계정 및 서비스에 대한 액세스를 즉시 종료하거나 일시 중지할 수 있습니다.
10. 약관 변경
언제든지 이 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 이 페이지에 새 약관을 게시하여 변경 사항을 알려드립니다. 그러한 변경 후 서비스를 계속 사용하면 새 약관을 수락한 것으로 간주됩니다.
11. 준거법
이 약관은 법의 저촉 조항과 관계없이 운영하는 관할 구역의 법률에 따라 관리되고 해석됩니다.
